Reflections

Sun glinting on glass tops
Swaying trees on pond surfaces
Silhouettes at sunset

A kind word, a soft touch, an unheard prayer
A sideways glance, a harsh tone, a set jaw

Each moment as light beams from my heart scatter in every direction
In your Word, I drench my heart
Jesus, may my life reflect you

About Nancy Beach

When I lay my head on my pillow at night, a successful day is one where I learned something new, where I am a better person today than I was yesterday. I read to fill that insatiable hunger. I write because I can't not.
